Kate Fisher is a Senior Service Designer and Strategist based in New York. More recently, she has been identifying improvements to the New York Medicaid enrollment experience, piloting Direct File with IRS, leading CX efforts with the White House, and promoting human-centered service delivery across the federal government with 18F and Lab at OPM.
